Kids for the Future is seeking a Senior Vice President of Human Resources in Charlotte, NC. This role will lead the global HR strategy for a workforce of around 1,100 employees, focusing on culture, organizational effectiveness, and scalable HR programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience and a proven ability to partner with senior executives, influence decisions, and drive HR initiatives in a global context.
