Job Description

RESTAURANT MANAGER - NEW STORE OPENING! (train/work in Grand Rapids until store open)

HOLLAND, MI

$60,000 -$70,000 + BONUS

Key Benefits & Perks

Pay & Bonuses: Weekly pay and a performance-based quarterly bonus.
Schedule: Balanced schedules with one weekend off per month and extra pay if working 6 days in a week.
Time Off: 5 flex days per year plus a vacation package based on tenure.
Holidays: Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting on day one.\
Training Program: Access to structured management resources

Requirements

Proven ability to build, develop, and inspire a high-performance team.
Solid understanding of restaurant systems, methods, and operational execution.
Stable work history showing steady career progression.
Current or recent salaried restaurant management experience is preferred
