Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient populations.
• Strong clinical assessment, preventive care, and evidence‑based treatment planning skills.
• Experience with electronic health records, patient education, and collaborative team‑based care.
• Active medical license or eligibility for licensure and current DEA registration.
