Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time
San Luis Obispo, California School-Based Opportunity

2026–2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year. This position will support an elementary caseload and is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship candidates seeking strong mentorship and support.

Position Details
Full-time position
37.5 hours per week
Elementary caseload
Open to CCC-SLPs and CFY-SLPs
Supervision and mentorship provided for Clinical Fellows
Interview times available Tuesday, 6/2
Competitive pay: $55–$65+/hour based on experience

Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration

Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state SLP license or eligibility
CCCs preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
