We are seeking a Part‑Time Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our clinics serving Johnson County, Kansas. This role will be primarily located in either our Overland Park or Blue Valley locations, with flexibility for remote work from home as needed. Day in the life snapshot Flexible schedule Blended in‑person + telehealth model Clinical supervision + direct care Competitive compensation This role is probably a great fit if you: Value mentoring and developing early‑career clinicians Care deeply about clients and the team around you Communicate openly, kindly, and proactively Are self‑directed, but enjoy collaboration Want autonomy in your clinical work without feeling isolated Clear expectations (because transparency matters) Provide clinical supervision to dependent licensees Maintain a part‑time caseload Review and approve supervisee documentation in a timely manner (within 48 hours) Have an interest in ADHD assessment and/or psychological testing What your days will actually look like Providing direct care for individuals, families, and/or groups using evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, and others Seeing the type of clients you want to see—when you want to see them Conducting psychological assessments as appropriate Assisting dependent licensees with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Reviewing and approving documentation consistent with professional standards and established procedures Collaborating with a dynamic clinical team to help fill gaps in our community Attending and participating in clinical trainings Responding to communications from the Clinical Director in a professional and timely manner Completing and submitting documentation in a timely fashion (within 48 hours) What we offer (aka how we support you) Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling with hybrid (in‑person + telehealth) options Comfortable, fully furnished offices with a warm, community‑centered design Clinical autonomy and respect for your professional judgment A collaborative team culture rooted in creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination Opportunities to shape and mentor the next generation of clinicians Required Qualifications and Skills Doctoral degree (PsyD or PhD) in Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university Active clinical licensure in the State of Kansas Minimum of 5 years of post‑licensure experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families Minimum of 2 years of post‑licensure experience supervising graduate interns and/or post‑doctoral fellows Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete documentation in a timely manner Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus) Ready to join the herd?
