Change Management Analyst

Salary: $136,000 - 156,000 per year

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Change Analyst, Change Manager, or Change Coordinator leading change initiatives. Proven track record in comprehensive change management for large-scale, complex programs with simultaneous projects, including all phases from impact assessments to implementation and sustainment. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, including senior leadership, while managing stakeholder communications and engagement strategies. Responsibilities:
