• A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
• A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

• Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve and Food Handler certifications
• 1+ years of experience as a food runner or restaurant service work
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30lbs.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray
• Fluency in English: ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders

What would my job responsibilities be?

• Set, clear, and maintain tables with linens, china, glassware, and silverware in a professional and unobtrusive manner to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Welcome guests warmly and provide water, bread, and butter service
• Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction throughout the dining experience, and respond promptly and professionally to requests or concerns
• Stock and replenish linens, china, glassware, silverware, and service products to support efficient restaurant operations
• Assist with the preparation and service of select food and beverage items, including toast, soups, and beverages
• Set up, maintain, break down, and clean buffet displays and food stations to ensure presentation and cleanliness standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects Four Seasons' commitment to luxury hospitality and personalized guest experiences
