Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Spa Manager for a unique opportunity to lead a newly opened spa and build its success from the ground up. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Spa Associates, Licensed Massage Therapists, and Estheticians
• Drive membership growth, retail sales, client retention, and overall spa performance
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent
• Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve business goals
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily spa operations
• Partner with ownership on marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts
• Maintain compliance with Hand & Stone brand standards, policies, and procedures
• Lead by example and create an environment of accountability, teamwork, and success

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, beauty, or spa environments
• Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving sales goals
• Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain employees
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for wellness and service excellence
• Experience in membership-based sales environments is highly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to support the team during peak operating hours
• Willingness to respond to operational and staffing needs as they arise

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($50,000-$60,000) plus commission plus sales bonuses
