USD 19.00 - 21.00 Hourly | Sales in 788 B St., Hayward, CA 94541 Full Time Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $19.00 - $21.00 Responsibilities Create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and drives business results. Inspire and motivate the team, coaching them on the sales floor. Encourage success and learning opportunities, analyze performance, and drive improvement. Qualifications Management experience or equivalent. At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience. Ability to analyze and address areas of improvement to achieve and exceed sales goals. Strong communication skills and ability to take instructions from leadership staff. Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
