This position focuses on ensuring global regulatory compliance, product safety, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The role will be part of a growing IoT company making innovative solutions in electronics and electromechanical systems. Day to Day Conduct EMC testing and manage certifications for electronic and electromechanical systems. Guide products through compliance processes, from initial design to final certification, ensuring adherence to safety and EMC standards. Gather and prepare product samples and documentation for testing. Offer technical expertise throughout the certification lifecycle. Communicate test outcomes and certification updates to project teams. Maintain an organized database of compliance records and documentation. Ensure accuracy of regulatory documents and submissions. Contribute to the development of internal compliance processes and testing protocols. Mentor engineering teams on compliance and certification best practices. Support audits to verify product compliance. We are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Electrical Engineering strongly preferred). At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or product testing. Familiarity with UL, CSA, and IEC standards; knowledge of UL/IEC 60730, UL 1563, or UL/IEC 60335 is advantageous. Expertise in EMC testing and mitigation techniques; experience with PCB layout or shielding design is a plus.
