Location: Central Houston, TX
Shop Type: Family-Owned, Multi-Location Repair Group
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Rotating Saturdays
Compensation: Top-Tier Flat Rate ($40-60/hr.) + Full Benefits + Huge Upside on Hours
About the Opportunity
AutoShop Recruiting is representing a highly respected, family-owned multi-shop group in Central Houston looking to add a true A-Tech to their team. These shops are known across Houston for keeping their technicians loaded with work — not just busy, but busy with gravy. The average tech is flagging 65-75+ hours per week, and there is no limit on cars or hours for high performers. If you're an A-Level diagnostic and drivability technician who wants steady workflow, strong leadership, and the ability to maximize your paycheck, this is a shop you'll want to be at.

- High-level diagnostics, drivability, electrical, and advanced repair work.
- A wide range of makes and models with tons of approved work daily.
