Preventative Maintenance Technician

As a Preventative Maintenance Technician at Heidelberg Materials, you will support the reliability of heavy equipment and plant assets across our construction materials operations. In this field-based role, you’ll perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems to minimize unplanned downtime. You’ll work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams in a safety-first, performance-driven culture focused on sustainability and continuous improvement.
