Dishwasher/Porter Team Member Responsibilities:

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes, trays, and utensils into the dish machine
• Wash, sanitize, and properly organize all dishes, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure proper operation
• Unload clean dishes and store them in designated locations
• Empty trash and recycling containers regularly throughout the shift
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors as needed to ensure a safe work environment
• Clean food preparation stations, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces
• Assist with deep cleaning and additional cleaning projects as assigned
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Complete all closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
