We are currently building our pool of compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who value personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional, client-centered care. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, adaptability to clients' needs, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and document as required
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff

All shifts available – hourly caregivers needed.

Competitive pay starting at $19.50/hr. Instant pay available. Grow your career from CHHA to mentor caregiver to care coordinator to office leadership. Flexible schedules: full-time, part-time, or per diem. Work close to home with cases throughout NJ (subject to availability). Paid PTO and sick leave. Seven paid holidays with extra pay at time-and-a-half if working on the paid holiday. Referral bonus up to $300 per referral. Training and support with paid orientation, ongoing skills training, and RN mentorship. Retirement planning with 401(k). Safety first with free PPE provided.

Minimum requirements include:

• Licensure: Must hold an active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing.
• Physical ability: Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of this position.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• References: Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
• Work history: Must provide verifiable employment history for the past 12 months.
• Background check: Must successfully pass a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey).
• Health requirements: Must provide proof of a valid physical examination within the last year, negative TB test or chest X-ray, and proof of Hepatitis B and MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination.
