We are currently seeking a Director of Program Management to lead the SPY-6 Production Programs, Below Deck Equipment (BDE). **This is an onsite position located at our Tewksbury, MA facility**Relocation assistance is NOT currentlyWhat You Will Do:Lead a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team in the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy, focused on production execution, to grow and expand the portfolio. Communicate strategy and vision to gain buy-in from senior leaders across the business; secure resources to execute the strategy; and continually assess/evolve the strategy to meet changing business and environmental demands.Work closely with the SPY-6 and Naval Radars LT on myriad of leadership tasks and business initiatives including but not limited to short- and long-term goal setting; long-range financial planning; and organizational development.Program Leader responsible for execution, staff development, critical Integrated Product Team and Control Account Manager across all portfolio contracts to meet cost and schedule commitments.Execute with Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) and lead engineering staff across multiple functions to improve efficiency with actionable metrics that achieve goals and increased availability.Interface directly with the customer representatives Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to collaborate on the direction of the programWork closely with both domestic and international subcontractors/suppliers to establish partnerships and/or execution strategies to support production requirementsLead assessment and corrective action on the performance of the program through analysis of current earned value and technical metricsInterface with senior Raytheon portfolio leadership to report status, represent the program and customer needs, and advocate for the portfolio of productsDisplay strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.Attract, retain, supervise, and develop talentWhat You Will Learn:Raytheon and RTX Business AcumenSBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverablesQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 14 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 12 years’ experiencePrior Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for production focused programs with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Opportunity Management, Estimate at Completions (EACs), etc.Prior Experience supporting / leading proposal activity and capture experienceProgram Management Level 2 Certified or ability to achieve certification within 1 yearQualifications We Prefer:Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources.Proven success, creating and maintaining strong executive level relationships with suppliers (domestic and international), customers, government representatives, primes and internal peersExcellent communication skills with proven ability to facilitate teamwork across functionsExperience leveraging strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to drive execution, coordination, and growth strategies Decision Making and Analytical ThinkingKnowledge of US and International Navy missions and strong ties throughout the customer community that are critical to successfully fielding complex systemsTechnical background/knowledge or experience with power, cooling and / or data processingWhat We Offer:Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
