Your Responsibilities

• Employing radiographic and CT imaging techniques to deliver precise and diagnostic images for medical evaluation
• Teaming up with radiologists and the healthcare staff to facilitate accurate and timely diagnoses
• Positioning patients accurately and calibrating equipment to guarantee optimal imaging results
• Upholding stringent radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and team members
• Keeping meticulous records including imaging documentation and equipment service logs
• Delivering compassionate care throughout the imaging process to enhance the patient's experience
• Playing a key role in fostering a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Educational Background

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Graduate from an accredited radiology program

Certifications Required

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Current BLS certification or ability to secure one within 90 days of hire

Essential Skills

• Expertise in imaging protocols as well as safety standards
• Exceptional communication abilities with patients and interdisciplinary colleagues
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to changing requirements
• A meticulous approach with a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable utilizing PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging software technologies
