Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package

• Salary : $84,000 - $94,000 annually (hourly, non-exempt)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $100k to $300k in premium


• Handle renewals, quoting, binding, endorsements, and marketing for commercial lines accounts


• Provide exceptional client servicing and maintain strong client relationships


• Utilize Applied EPIC software for account management and documentation


• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery


• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required


• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management


• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is mandatory


• Work Environment : Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)


• Soft Skills : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a client-focused mindset
