Medical Lead Veterinarian
Acupet Veterinary Care
Job Description
Job Description
Are you a skilled veterinarian seeking a place where your expertise can truly flourish? At our organization, we view exceptional veterinary care as an art, and we are in search of passionate individuals—from veterinarians to support staff—who share our dedication to this craft. Since 1995, we have been a reliable presence in the Hudson community, earning a stellar reputation built on trust, compassion, and medical excellence.
We understand that providing the best care for pets starts with taking care of our team. We have cultivated a progressive environment where "work-life balance" is not just a concept, but a reality reflected in our scheduling. For our veterinarians, this translates to true clinical independence, bolstered by cutting-edge technology and streamlined workflows. For our technicians and assistants, it means we value your training and fully utilize your skills, allowing you to perform the tasks you were educated to do. We are large enough to offer the resources and mentorship of a vast network, yet we remain committed to our roots as a close-knit, collaborative team.
In our practice, you will encounter a diverse range of cases. Our case mix encompasses the entire small animal lifecycle, providing a fulfilling combination of preventive care, complex diagnostics, and urgent treatment. You won’t merely be filling a position; you will be delivering high-quality veterinary medicine in a setting that encourages your professional development, whether that involves mastering a new surgical technique or leading a team.
Located in Hudson, Florida, we offer the best of the Gulf Coast lifestyle without the stress of urban congestion. This means a manageable commute, easy access to the water, and a community that deeply cares for their pets. Join us in a bright, inviting atmosphere where you can engage in the work you love while still having the energy to enjoy life outside of your shifts.

- Act as an Ambassador: You will represent your hospital and our mission through community involvement at schools, universities, and local events.
