Demonstrate your willingness to learn and demonstrate your experience. Work your way and promote yourself into the main shop!ResponsibilitiesPerform multi-point inspections.Properly identify different fluids, lubricants, tools, and maintenance items such as filters and filter elements.Demonstrate proficiency in basic automotive maintenance skills and procedures for different makes and models.Recommend services based on findings from various inspection procedures.Inspect, drain, and fill or top off fluids according to manufacturer's specifications.Maintain tires by checking air pressure, tread wear inspection, and rotations.Perform oil changes including draining, filling, replacing filter, all while ensuring accuracy of parts used and proper threading.Work as a member of a fast moving team, supporting others as well as receiving support from others.Other duties as requested by a manager.We Take Care Of Our Employees With:Medical and Dental InsuranceMarket leading compensation plan401K w/ matchingUniforms providedPaid TrainingPaid HolidaysEmployee discounts on parts and serviceEmployee discounts for you and your immediate family to buy cars!!Referral program incentives-have your friends apply with you!Some of the greatest people to work with in the entire areaWage ranges from $17.50 - $18.50 startingQualificationsAbility to drive manual transmission vehicles or willing to learn.Prior experience as a lube technician preferred but not required.A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record are required.Submit to a background check.Note: The presence of an entry in your background check/driver record check does not necessarily preclude you from being considered.
