Community Assistant – SPM, LLC – Temporary We are a property management firm overseeing more than 200 properties, and 20,000+ units across 14 states. Position Summary A Community Assistant will work closely with the Community Manager, Resident Experience Manager and Leasing and Marketing Manager to perform leasing, marketing, administrative, and some maintenance tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the entirety of the lead to lease process of each prospect. Verify accuracy of each lease document. Provide peer to peer guidance/support to the prospects and residents. Maintain market knowledge for the community. Complete administrative tasks. Assist in marketing efforts. Maintain SPM University required trainings. Education/Experience Some College Must have an understanding of today’s trends in marketing and social media.
