Customer Care Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities Supervise a variety of general office and customer service activities critical to the daily results of the warehouse operation. Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Serve as point of contact to receive billing and customer claims. Handle escalated customer issues and validate the claims. Coordinate with Operations to meet on-time turnaround goals. Partner with Operations to prepare regular reports of customer activity. Conduct root cause assessment to proactively improve customer services month over month. Minimum Requirements 3 years customer service experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed Pay Range:$70,304.00 - $102,200.00 Why Lineage?
