Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Bern's Steak House's customer care team strives to ensure that our patrons have a memorable evening by helping to curate every detail of their dining experience. From providing caring, compassionate and enthusiastic service over the phone to communicating guest needs to the appropriate departments, this position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a very fast-paced call center environment.
