Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon

Cone Heath OrthoCare located in Greensboro NC, is seeking a fellowship-trained sports medicine orthopedic surgeon to join our collegial, well-established team. We are seeking a surgeon with exceptional character and strong procedural skills, focused on sports medicine, trauma, and general orthopedics. Schedule: Group call is 1:7 and typically coincides with unassigned hospital call. Unassigned hospital call at Moses Cone Hospital (level 2 Trauma Center) and Wesley Long Hospital (level 3 Trauma Center) is approximately 3 to 4 times total per month. Opportunity Highlights: Ortho Care Greensboro is an outstanding hospital-employed practice that offers a full range of Orthopedic Services. The group includes nine physicians and six APPs specializing in total joint replacement, sports medicine, foot & ankle, spine, and hand surgery. Additionally, the practice includes non-surgical physicians in physiatry and primary care/sports medicine. This opportunity offers: RVU-based & quality metric compensation model. An initial salary guarantee as new doctor builds their practice. No required physician buy-in to practice. Clinic location is OrthoCare - MedCenter Greensboro at Drawbridge Parkway | Cone Health .
