We're on the hunt for a mid-level Maintenance Technician who knows their way around electrical panels, hydraulic systems, and fast-paced environments. If you're the kind of person who can fix it before anyone else even knows it's broken-you belong here.

What You'll Do:

Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, dock doors, and more
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (motors, sensors, relays, control panels)
Diagnose and maintain hydraulic systems (pumps, valves, cylinders)
Keep detailed records in our CMMS system
Ensure all work orders are completed accurately and on time
Hold external contractors accountable for quality, safety, and timely completion of work

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

High School Diploma or GED required. Advanced education strongly preferred.
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Age of 18 or older
Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
Work closely with operations and safety teams to keep everything running smooth
Strong skills in electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Comfortable with tools, meters, and diagnostic gear
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
