Job Description
Title: RN - Outpatient Infusion

Schedule:
- Shift Options: 5 x 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) or 4 x 10 hours (07:30 - 18:00)
- No weekends, no holidays

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Outpatient infusion/oncology experience required
- Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Valid compact or state RN license required at time of submission

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients during infusion therapy
- Perform infusion center skills including IV starts, maintenance, and care for ports/PICCs/central lines
- Conduct blood draws and administer blood/blood products
- Manage extravasation and cytotoxic spills
- Provide patient and family education regarding oncology care
- Recognize abnormal lab results and manage basic oncology symptoms

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 64 hours
- Strict credentialing deadline: Tuesday prior to start (no exceptions)
- COVID-19 vaccine NOT required; Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
- RTO required with submission
