Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, Home Health Position: LVN/LPN Remote/Virtual Position: No Coverage Area: McHenry, IL (60050) Salary: $65,000-$85,000 Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p Compensation: This position is paid on a per-point basis; the salary range reflects an estimate. Offer Based on Years of Experience. Overview Be a home health nurse providing patient care in the McHenry area. You will perform nursing visits, administer treatments, and maintain accurate medical records according to physician orders. Qualifications One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience. Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program. Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation. Valid CPR certification. Licensed driver with ability to travel to all business locations. Responsibilities Provide nursing visits as prescribed by the physician. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records. Administer treatments and medications as ordered.
