Title: Shop/Admin Clerk

Location: Waipahu

Pay: Up to $24/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm

Industrial equipment supplier in Waipahu is looking for Shop/Admin clerk to join their team. This is a union position and we are looking for someone to start asap! Call our office at View phone number on click.appcast.io or reply with your resume.

Shop/Admin Clerk Responsibilities:

Process timecards/hours for mechanic and staff
Open/close work orders, create invoices, verify/reconcile purchase orders
Customer contact - in person, phone, email
Admin tasks as assigned

You'd be great for the Shop/Admin Clerk position if you have:

HS diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of consistent administrative/office experience
Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel
Valid Hawaii Driver's license with clean abstract
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work in an industrial environment
Customer contact - in person, phone, email
Admin tasks as assigned
