With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.Compensation and BenefitsTop earnings: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover and breakdown compensation.Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.Routes and EquipmentPredictable schedule: Regional routes east of I-35 with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with auxiliary power units, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.Freight type: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs are available from the first day.Qualifications and RequirementsLicense: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).Driving record: Clean motor vehicle record and an active U.S. Department of Transportation medical card.Experienced drivers: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.Entry-level drivers: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome.
