Group Product Manager - US Marketing

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Group Product Manager for US marketing of transcatheter mitral and tricuspid valve therapies. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing product launches, building physician relationships, and driving clinical evidence generation. Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual product marketing plans across multiple major launches
Build relationships with key opinion leaders to inform launch strategies and competitive positioning
Create marketing messages aligned with regional strategies, clinical evidence, and regulatory requirements
Lead product launches in collaboration with regional partners including sales force readiness
Manage budgets for product lines, campaigns, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years marketing or healthcare experience
Master's degree in related field with 8+ years marketing or healthcare experience
Life sciences or medical device marketing background preferred
Experience engaging with sales representatives, clinical specialists, and physicians
Cross-functional product launch leadership experience
Digital marketing and account-based marketing expertise
Strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular or relevant therapeutic areas

Compensation: $145,000-$205,000 base (California)
