PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas. Key Responsibilities Support all aspects of branch operations, including individual and team performance. Build a high‑performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members. Lead through influence and impact a broad range of ecosystem partners in an omni‑channel environment. Drive revenue and loyalty through proactive interactions with clients. Manage, coach and execute a proactive client experience within an omni‑channel environment. Provide solutions and advice to improve client financial well‑being. Lead effective problem resolution. Manage the branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty. Grow branch revenue through acquisition and share‑of‑wallet growth of consumer and business households. Drive the employee experience and manage talent acquisition and retention through coaching. Assist in the performance management process for all employees. Manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures. Exercise sound decision‑making to identify and mitigate potential risk. Be customer focused, knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction, and able to create customized customer solutions. Manage risk by assessing and effectively handling all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure compliance with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Four (4) or more years of related business or functional experience. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience—including military service—may be considered. Background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $53,625.00 – $89,375.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
