Wellness Nurse PRN

GateWay at River City is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our Clinical Team . In this role, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while supporting residents' health, safety, and overall well-being. - Manage medication orders and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, with accurate documentation
- Coordinate care by completing admissions, assessments, transfers, and discharges
- Follow up with service providers to ensure resident needs are met
- Educate and support residents and families on care plans and health needs
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and families
- Support and oversee QMAs and CNAs , assisting with resident care as needed
- A high school diploma or GED
- A current LPN license in good standing
- Healthcare experience , preferably in senior living
- Two or more years working with seniors is helpful
- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate approach to care
