As adoption accelerates with enterprise customers, they are expanding their Applied AI Engineering team and hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deliver AI‑powered solutions for real‑world business environments. The Role This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing engineering role where you will architect and implement AI‑powered solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their workflows, design scalable architectures, and build intelligent integrations that bring AI capabilities into their existing systems. What You’ll Do Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows Build integrations with enterprise systems (CRMs, APIs, internal platforms) Develop proof‑of‑concepts and production integrations Translate business problems into scalable AI architectures Tune prompts, agent logic, and evaluation frameworks Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver successful deployments Expect a mix of: Up to 30% travel for workshops and deployments What We’re Looking For 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or technical consulting Experience working with LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI agents Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure Strong communication skills and customer empathy Bonus Experience with agent orchestration frameworks Why This Role Is Interesting This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and real‑world impact .
