Are you an experienced PCA looking for reliable, consistent hours with a stable schedule you can count on ? Right at Home Southern NH is actively hiring dedicated caregivers in Nashua to support our growing client base.

We offer long, steady shifts and predictable schedules —ideal for PCA’s who prefer continuity with clients and dependable weekly hours.

???? Immediate Consistent Schedule Options (Pick One or More):

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight)
• 2:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Extended Overnight)
• Wed/Thurs/Fri: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

???? Pay:

• $18.00 – $21.00/hour (based on experience)

???? What You’ll Do:

As an experienced PCA, you’ll provide high-quality, hands-on care to help clients remain safe and independent at home:

• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing)
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Medication reminders/monitoring
• Meal prep and light housekeeping
• Companionship and engagement
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous PCA, caregiving, or healthcare experience required
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent schedules
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, professional, and client-focused mindset
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and screening

(CPR/First Aid is a plus!)
