Registered Nurse - Progressive Care

Role Overview: This position involves providing expert nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit, collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered treatment. Key Responsibilities Execute complex medical orders accurately and partner with physicians to deliver optimal care. Coordinate communication among healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless, holistic patient care. Advocate for patients by monitoring health trends, documenting progress, and supporting timely interventions. Lead discharge planning and patient education to ensure safe transitions home. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse from the Tennessee Board or a recognized multi-state license. Current BLS certification within 1 month and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire, from AHA or Red Cross. Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
