Support a patient-centered approach with clinical excellence in care delivery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated mental health services. Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan. Must reside within a commutable distance of local clinic(s). What We Offer Flexible work schedules. Hybrid model with telemedicine and in-person flexibility.
