Acme is your long-term career!The Manager in Training (MIT) role will work under the supervision of managers and executives within the Company. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become a well-rounded, future leader within the organization. The trainee will learn how to assist current managers with all aspects of branch operations to ensure a profitable outcome for the company. The MIT position will work closely with all levels of management in multiple locations to learn the day-to-day operations on managing a branch, including sales, budgets, staffing, etc. Management trainees may also rotate to different branches/divisions to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. As a MIT, you will be exposed to and physically perform every role in the branch.Candidates are required to be open to possible relocation.Essential Job Functions: Includes, but is not limited to, the job specifications contained herein.
