Driver Crew Leader - Enhancements (49854)

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders for our teams. Our Crew Leaders perform work on the jobsites and lead other crew members in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. Juniper's Landscape Enhancement Crew Leaders supervise a team of crew members installing landscape enhancement projects by ensuring job site tasks are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape enhancements projects
• Maintaining production schedules and ensuring project deadlines are met
• Assisting with training and development of crew members
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on jobsites for crew members
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work in a safe manner
• Ensuring equipment is in working order and properly maintained
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
