Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager partners with the Managing Partner to lead daily operations develop team members deliver exceptional hospitality and achieve sales and profitability goals. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing team
- Recruit hire train and retain employees
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive sales profitability labor and food cost performance
- Ensure food quality cleanliness safety and company standards
- Complete operational inventory and administrative duties
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and coaching skills
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred
- Financial and operational management experience
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
