In this role, you will drive portfolio growth, lead product lifecycle initiatives, and collaborate across global teams to bring innovative products to market.This is an exciting opportunity for a product management professional who enjoys balancing strategy and execution while making a measurable impact on business performance in the consumer market.**What We Offer our Product Manager, Consumer*** Comprehensive benefits plan* 401K with match* ***Money Purchase Plan**** 16-week Paid Parental Leave* Generous PTO package, plus 14 paid holidays* A great place to work!**What You'll Do as our Product Manager, Consumer*** Own and manage a defined consumer product portfolio, including assortment, profitability, and lifecycle strategy.* Work on product specifications, testing, making sure products are performing to specifications that you need.* Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.* Lead product launches, portfolio expansions, rationalizations, and end-of-life activities.* Develop product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.* Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve business objectives.* Use your analytical skills to triangulate data.
