ServerShawnee, OK 74801Job DescriptionResponsible for taking care of all guests.Greet guests warmly and genuinely.Treat every guest as a guest in your own home.Contact is face-to-face with guests from all walks of life.The purpose of the contacts is to create a satisfied guest to encourage a high level of guest returns.Servers must accurately take food and beverage orders, and enter them into our system in a timely fashion.Able to process cash, gift card, and credit transactions.Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests.Explain and describe menu items to guests.Describe preparation methods of menu items.Promptly deliver beverages and food items to guests.Provide attentive service to guests by refilling drinks as needed and checking in during meal.Promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to Leader when necessary.Maintain top quality assurance and guest service standards.Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area.Maintain backup supplies.Comply with health regulations.Maintain regular cleaning standards and sanitation levels.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Physical stamina to withstand a full shift while standing.Expected to work in an efficient manner and be a self-starter.Retain self-composure.Possess a sense of urgency and timing.Must be willing and able to follow instructions.Must have the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.Be willing to work unpredictable hours to fill in for absent staff.QualificationsNeed to possess exceptional guest service skills, as well as a solid understanding of food handling regulations.
