Maintain professional, respectful communication with residents, families, visitors, and staff. Assist with reviewing and maintaining staffing schedules to ensure quality resident care. Support staff development initiatives, including in-service training programs and educational activities. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with facility policies. Participate in committee meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with facility standards, state regulations, and applicable healthcare requirements. Provide high-quality nursing care and support resident well-being. Qualifications Current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. Valid BLS/CPR certification. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and a genuine passion for caring for others. Willingness to learn and grow within a skilled nursing environment.
