Lead Production Supervisor

Smithfield Foods seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the full production process on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will train and guide hourly staff, track yields and efficiencies, and implement improvements while maintaining strong communication across shifts. You will lead safety initiatives, ensure HACCP and USDA compliance, and collaborate with Operations Managers to minimize downtime and costs.
