Production Machine Operator

Production Machine Operator Denver, CO

Production Workers support a full-cycle manufacturing process producing stainless steel band clamps. This role involves operating production machinery, performing basic mechanical adjustments, completing quality checks, and packaging finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (up to two machines once trained)
• Load materials and ensure continuous machine operation
• Perform routine quality inspections
• Make minor mechanical adjustments as needed
• Monitor equipment and report issues promptly
• Count, box, and label finished products
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements

• 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a loud environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working independently after training
• Steel-toe footwear required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.00/hr.
