Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or pending licensure and certification appropriate for the state’s educational requirements
• Previous experience in a school-based setting serving K-12 students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with students, colleagues, and families
• Ability to develop and implement effective intervention and therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy for students ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support students’ educational and developmental needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed to maximize outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to ensure best practices
