Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for a hybrid mix of warehouse organization and on-site customer moving, serving as a key representative of our brand.

Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

• Hours: Flexible shift start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

• Schedule: Clutter operates 7 days a week and schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs.Weekend availability is required.

• Full-time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week

• Job Site: Shifts start and end at the Clutter depot at the job site address 989 South Cucamonga, Ontario, California

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Move, pack, and load customer items both at their homes and in the warehouse while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Collaborate with your team to scan and organize customer items using our proprietary mobile app to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Ensure all warehouse projects and moving jobs comply with safety and quality standards set by the organization.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic Requirements: At least 18 years of age

• Physical Capability: Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet and active for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

• Technical Aptitude: Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday.

• Relevant Experience: Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.
