This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development.Your role We are seeking a highly experienced Boomi Integration Lead to anchor the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management managed services engagement. This role will be responsible for leading the transition from UKG Professional Services to Capgemini, establishing the support model, and driving steady-state delivery for Boomi-based integrations embedded within the UKG SaaS platform. The role combines technical leadership, transition management, and service delivery ownership. Your skills and experience 10–15+ years total experience including 5+ years in BoomiStrong expertise in Dell Boomi (AtomSphere) o Integration process designo API integrations (REST/SOAP)o Data mapping and transformationsExperience in leading integration platforms in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience or strong exposure to UKG / Kronos Workforce Management platformUnderstanding of Timekeeping, Labor scheduling, Payroll integrationsPrior onshore/client-facing experience is mandatory #LI-RM1The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82.082 - $193,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
