Veterinary Practice Director -Seattle, WA area

We are seeking an experienced veterinary practice manager and leader to step into a role to lead a team of passionate, focused doctors. The business is an all-inclusive, pet hospital, daycare, grooming, and boarding service. The practice offers exceptional service to pets in the Seattle, WA area. This position will work in conjunction with the Medical Director and Operations to oversee all aspects of the practice and will have full P&L responsibility over the operation.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Delivery of exceptional customer service
• Ensuring cohesiveness of all aspects of pet care services
• Managing team
• Overseeing staff schedule
• Resolving customer and staff complaints
• Promoting programs and services
• Ensuring client communication occurs
• Assisting other team members as needed

Skills and Experience

• Passionate team player and a strong motivator
• 5+ years in full P&L management responsibility, preferably in hospitality, service, and/or retail environment
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Excellent oral presentation, writing, and analytical skills
• Veterinary, boarding, and/or grooming experience required

The position is across Lake Washington from Seattle. It is the high-tech district with a downtown skyline of gleaming high-rises. The downtown park area has a large lawn, gardens, and waterfalls. On your off time, learn with the Bellevue Arts Museum and Botanical Garden or explore local beach parks and trails.
