Reliable, hard-working, honest, and friendly. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Reliable daily transportation and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency with computers and technology. Ability to assist the General Manager with team building and training. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and guide a team independently. A commitment to fostering a positive, energetic team atmosphere. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members. Basic sales and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Professionally represent Marco's Pizza to all customers. Quickly and effectively handle customer concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction. Open and close the store following Marco's Pizza standards, including inventory and cash management. Embrace opportunities for growth, with a willingness to be coached for higher management roles. Perform all shift management duties and support store operations. Uphold Marco's daily cleaning and maintenance standards. Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and guests. Schedule Requirements Availability to work both day and evening shifts. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends. Physical Demands Ability to use hands, arms, and feet repetitively. Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally more than 51 pounds.
