FT Float Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

If so, Wound Care Advantage is the place to be! We are currently looking to hire a FT Float Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with the ability and willingness to travel and provide support to surrounding southern CA clinics, with possible (minimal) travel to San Francisco.

Job Summary

The LVN Staff Nurse will provide effective and personalized patient care. He/she will be responsible for patient safety, physical assessments, clinical documentation, treatment plans, continuous communication with clinical staff, tracking of outcomes, and patient education. He/she will assume responsibility for providing quality and timely care for all patients. This person will enable the team of providers to make appropriate decisions to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care. He/she will demonstrate professionalism and leadership, collaborate with other professionals, and comply with the policies and procedures of the wound care program.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LVN
• At least one year of LVN experience, a plus if it is in Wound Care (but not required)
• Must maintain current provider CPR certification throughout employment
• ACLS certification preferred
