We are currently seeking aMechanical Project Managerto join our team inRichmond, VA. If you are a driven professional who thrives on collaboration, organization, and leading projects to success, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of assigned projects, including setup, execution, and closeout

  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

  • Maintain strong communication with customers, partners, and project stakeholders

  • Oversee submittals, reporting, scheduling, and project documentation

  • Ensure projects meet design specifications, budget requirements, company standards, and timelines

  • Participate in pre-bid site visits, project meetings, and progress reviews

  • Manage closeout activities, including O&Ms, warranties, and documentation

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Assign and direct work for project staff and support successful team performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of construction and mechanical project processes

  • Journeyman or Master’s license, or a degree in construction management or a related field

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency with computers and project-related software

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required
